Mark was born into a musical family in the North of England and became obsessed with guitar in his teens. When young, he worked many years in the arts on the technical side including in London’s West End and on world tours with the Royal Ballet.
Moving back to his childhood home of Cumbria in the 90’s, he became a school teacher, and player in local bands, picking up dep. gigs with Tumbling Tom. Mark plays guitar, bass, mandolin and keyboards across a range of styles and genres with a couple of other bands in the North West.
